ban 5 yıl boyunca çalıştığım kurumdan 01.08.2010 tarihinde askere gitmek için istifa etmek istedim. ancak istifa dilekçemde askerlik durumumu belirtmedim. yani 31.05.2010 tarihinde hiç bir sebep göstermeden istifa ettim. askere gideceğim tarih ile istifa ettiğim tarih arasında iki aylık bir süre var ve askerlik şubesinden silüsümü aldım.
istifa dilekçemde askerlik durumumu belirtmemiş olsam dahi yinede kıdem tazminatına hak kazanırmıyım?
